Don’t forget, there are other sources of Shortcuts outside of the official Gallery (such as ). Clearly, we can’t see what you can, or write the Shortcut for you - but from your description you have a really good idea of the output you need given a very specific set of input criteria.

You might have to write a new (or modify/refine an existing) shortcut yourself. Given your requirements, it is highly likely that there isn’t a ready-made tool that precisely fits your requirement - but, again, with a little work on your part, that’s where the Shortcuts App may help you. There was never any form of rebuke intended - mild or otherwise - just some guidance towards something that what was intended to be constructively helpful.
